Room was clean although carpets seem ready to be replaced. Bathroom was clean; ample supply of towels. Beddings were clean; slept comfortably. Breakfast had ample supply of coffee, cereal, toast. Warm entrees: sausages, scrambled eggs, hash browns. Ample supply of free parking. Facility had elevator which is a plus. Gave 9 instead of a 10 due to intermittent spotty WiFi. Please note: unsecured network Good location. Raleys and Target approximately 15 minute walk. Fast food restaurants within walking distance or short drive: Chipotle, Black Bear Restaurant, Habit Burger, Mod Pizza, Applebee’s.

The room was clean and spacious. It was quiet and we could not hear any road noise. The bed was comfortable. Shower was nice with good water pressure. There was a fridge and microwave. There were a variety of places to eat within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious, they had eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal , bagels, coffe, tea. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect and amazing.

They had almost everything for breakfast but as a typical city hotel; packed food. A bit crampy area for brealfast. It is OK for two nights. Rooms were huge and clean and comfy beds. Can’t complain about the rooms. I have seen an indoors swimming pool but didn’t try it. It was easy to reach at the town centre.

Rooms are designed in a thoughtful manner. The complimentary breakfast is very good and is available from 6 AM to 10 AM. It’s one of those values in Napa.

The rooms were clean and good-sized, and the breakfast had some cooked options which was great; I'd thought it would be a continental breakfast with pastries and yogurts, but we had scrambled eggs (real eggs, not powdered!), sausage, potatoes (so crispy), and oatmeal. That's in addition to other standard items. We had two rooms and one of them had quiet neighbors who we couldn't hear, but the other room said they could hear their neighbor through the wall on a phone call. Still, I think that overall it's a quiet hotel.

The staff was so helpful- went above and beyond to problem solve. we had an issue with a broken air conditioner at check in; right away after we called, Jorge the maintenance man came to fix it. The front desk staff, Maria, made sure everything was clean and to our satisfaction. The air conditioner was fixed and our room was always cool, clean. and comfortable. I also have to give a shout out to Diana at the morning breakfast service. We had to go before it opened at 7, but she was setting up at 6 and helped me grab a few things to take with us. she was so helpful!

Easy check in and breakfast included. Good location for downtown Napa. Friendly staff. Dove soaps were lovely, nice fruit & sausages for breakfast.

Room was clean and attractive, modern and furniture was in good condition. Had a small fridge, coffee maker, good shampoo and conditioner, nice amenities. Complimentary breakfast was beyond expectations and there was coffee and hot water in lobby at all times. Staff was extremely nice, easy check in and check out. Room was avaiable for early check in. There was plenty of parking, free. Next to but not facing, shopping, and restaurants, Starbucks within walking distance. It’s on a fairly busy street but rooms are not facing it so it wasn’t noticeable. This hotel was a fabulous value and I would definitely recommend it and stay here again.

The Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Napa Valley is a great place to use as a home base when you are visiting the Napa Valley. There are several malls in the area where you can get what you need for your travel day. When you return there is also great access to several incredible restaurants in Napa itself.
